Privacy policy

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

This site works without cookies, without tracking and without embedded content from other providers. Below you can read which data is still collected and what happens to it.

2. Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time, the requested address and your browser, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO)). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare.

3. Visitor analytics

Keep only if Cloudflare Web Analytics is embedded: We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. The tool sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It only records totals, such as how often a page was viewed, without recognizing individual visitors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO).

4. Contact form and email

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, brand or website, your selection and your message. We use this data only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (DSGVO)). The request is passed via Cloudflare to the email service Resend and sent from there to our inbox. Check the provider, registered office and data processing agreement of Resend before launch and add them here. If direct sending fails, your own email program opens, and we only receive the details once you send the email from there.

Our emails run through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We have a data processing agreement with Google. We delete requests once they are dealt with and no statutory retention obligation applies.

5. Fonts and videos

Fonts and videos are hosted on our own server. Loading the site sends no data to Google Fonts, YouTube or similar providers.

6. Links to other websites

If you follow a link, for example to Instagram, the privacy rules of that provider apply there.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, to data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR (DSGVO)). Just write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority in your federal state.
