How it went.
Before
The old store ran on WooCommerce. Orders barely came in.
What we did
A move to Shopify, a custom theme instead of a template and a video on the home page. Every old link redirects, so Google loses nothing.
After
The first orders came straight through the new site. Today the store runs in five languages, with emails from the welcome to after the purchase.
